The hotel is located in the historic old town and has a lovely restaurant downstairs. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms are were comfortable, relatively spacious with good showers and bathroom facilities. Prices were also reasonable. Don't be surprised if you get woken up by the Toruń town hall clock though! The only slight issue was that the stairs to the rooms were quite narrow and steep, however given that the hotel is in an old building then this is understandable. I would definitely stay again.

Best choice for Torun This was a planned visit for 2020 however due to pandemic we finally did it at the beginning of this month. During this time, we postponed our arrival several times and each tlme we have seen full understanding and cooperation of the reception. Therefore we very thankful to them. The place of the hotel is just beside the old town where you can see and feel the history. Rooms were confortable and very clean. So, I strongly advise the upcoming visitors to stay in this hotel with a reasonable price and with full satisfaction. I would like to thank you them once more and hope to see them again

Delicious breakfast. Perfectly located hotel. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the Nicolaus Copernicus Monument. Definitely worth staying here.

Great stay. We stayed one night in this hotel and had a great stay. The hotel is located opposite the cathedral (not a problem) and 1min from the city centre (so it is quieter). The room we had was good and the beds comfortable and the bathroom was quite big for the room. However as we were on the 1st floor, we could hear the sounds of the chairs as people were leaving the breakfast room. Breakfast offered a good variety and staff was nice

You would love Torun if you stay in Solaris. The location is perfect. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfasts are a good variety and quality. Wi-Fi is very good. Wonderful smoking area. Elevator to upper floors. Very good bathroom facilities and air-conditioning. Extremely good value for money. Appreciated and enjoyed my stay very much.

The location was perfect for discovering the center of Torun and convenient for local restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection and wholesome.

The location is perfect for getting to know the Old Town of Toruń. Our room was really nice and clean. Pleasant surprises in a form of sweets with the iconic cookie taste that Toruń is known for added up to the good time we had there. The staff was really helpful and provided all the necessary information. We really enjoyed our short stay for Bella Sky Way festival at Solaris.

Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania Starego Miasta w Toruniu. Nasz pokój był naprawdę ładny i czysty. Miłe niespodzianki w postaci słodkości o kultowym smaku ciasteczka, z którego znany jest Toruń, złożyły się na dobrą zabawę. Personel był bardzo pomocny i udzielił wszystkich niezbędnych informacji. Naprawdę podobał nam się nasz krótki pobyt na festiwalu Bella Sky Way w Solaris.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja hotelu,pozwalającą na kilkukrotne wyjście w ciągu dnia do centrum miasta bez straty czasu na chodzenie-100m do centralnego miejsca samego centrum. Mimo tego w nocy w hotelu jest cicho i można wypocząć. Winda pozwala na dojechanie na wszystkie piętra. Klimat hotelu jest niesamowity,taki jaki uwielbiamy z żoną. Pokój (304) jest wystarczająco duży,podobnie ładna łazienka. Materace bardzo wygodne,pościel dobrej jakości,telewizja satelitarna z duzym telewizorem,klimatyzacja działa jak należy,wi-fi ma dobry zasięg. W całym hotelu jest czysto,widać że dba się o każdy szczegół. Śniadania może nie są za bardzo urozmaicone,ale wystarczające,a co najważniejsze bardzo smaczne. Wszystkie produkty są świeże i przyprawione,czuć smak dlugo po zjedzeniu.

The hotel's great location allows you to go to the city center several times a day without wasting time walking - 100 meters to the central point of the city center. Despite this, the hotel is quiet at night and you can rest. The elevator allows access to all floors. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, just what my wife and I love. The room (304) is big enough and the bathroom is nice too. Very comfortable mattresses, good quality bedding, satellite TV with a large TV, air conditioning works as it should, Wi-Fi has good range. The entire hotel is clean and you can see that every detail is taken care of. The breakfasts may not be very varied, but they are sufficient and, most importantly, very tasty. All products are fresh and seasoned, you can feel the taste long after eating.

Ładny, czysty pokój w fantastycznej cenie. Miałem wszystko, czego potrzebowałem i byłem w fantastycznej lokalizacji około 100 metrów od Rynku Głównego w Toruniu. Na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie.

Great location, just a few mins walk from tram stain. The room is clean and beautiful.the staffs are kind and helpful.Highly recommend this place.

Super hotelik na samym centrum Starego Miasta. Pokoje czyste i bardzo stylowe. Śniadania w obiekcie na bardzo przyzwoitym poziomie. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Byliśmy na wyjeździe rodzinnym z 3 dzieci i hotel spełnił całkowicie nasze oczekiwania. Osobiście podróżuje 19 lat po świecie i byłem w różnych hotelach 4 i 5 gwiazdkowych i mimo że Solaris ma 3 gwiazdki wszystko było dla mnie na najwyższym poziomie. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Great hotel in the very center of the Old Town. Rooms clean and very stylish. Breakfast at the facility was of a very decent standard. The service was nice and helpful. We were on a family trip with 3 children and the hotel completely met our expectations. Personally, I have been traveling around the world for 19 years and I have been to various 4 and 5 star hotels and even though Solaris has 3 stars, everything was at the highest level for me. We will definitely go back there.
